2024 Germany Close Up (GCU) Study Seminar Evaluation

Thank you for joining us on the recent study seminar. The entire Classrooms Without Borders team hopes you had a meaningful and enriching experience. As we continuously strive to improve our programs, we kindly request your feedback by completing the post-study seminar evaluation form.

Your input is essential in helping us assess the effectiveness of the seminar, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that future participants have the best possible experience. Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes. We ask for your name so we may follow up (in order to work with you to improve your experience and our programming), but you may leave the identifying demographic fields blank if you wish to maintain anonymity. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Once you move from one page to the next, you are not able to go back to amend your responses.

At Classrooms Without Borders, we collect identity information for several important reasons. Inclusivity and Representation: We strive to create inclusive and diverse learning environments where individuals from various backgrounds and identities feel represented and valued. Collecting identity information allows us to better understand the diversity within our participant community and ensure that our programs and resources cater to the needs and perspectives of all individuals. Customized Programming: By collecting identity information, we can tailor our programming to address specific needs and interests related to different identities. This enables us to offer more targeted and meaningful experiences that resonate with our participants’ backgrounds and experiences. Scholarships and Funding: We may collect identity information to assess eligibility for scholarships or funding opportunities that are specifically designated for individuals from certain backgrounds or underrepresented groups. This helps us ensure equitable access to our programs and resources. Research and Impact Assessment: Identity information may be used for research purposes, such as evaluating the impact of our programs on diverse populations or conducting studies related to education and cultural exchange. This data helps us measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and make informed decisions for future programming.

Please be assured that we handle all identity information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with relevant data protection laws. We respect your privacy and only use this information for the purposes stated above. If you have any concerns or questions about the collection of identity information, please feel free to reach out to our team. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work towards creating inclusive and transformative educational experiences for all.

Then, we ask you to evaluate your level of understanding now.
