Last night, the social hall at Temple Shalom was filled with anticipation as the 34 study participants and their families gathered to hear about the journey they will embark on in June 2014. Dr. Gur (Tsipy) offered an overview, Rabbi Beth Jacowitz Chottiner (of Temple Shalom & Poland 2014 trip participant) remarked about the Wheeling CWB role in supporting this endeavor and Barb Lewine, CWB Coordinator for Wheeling, presented the specific details in preparation for the trip. Following a question and answer session, everyone enjoyed a noshe, socialized and then headed home with packets of information to review and a lot to think about as they prepare for this life changing excursion.
