The Holocaust Timeline Activity immerses students in a multi-layered exploration of the Holocaust through a wall timeline that connects Nazi policies, World War II events, and individual experiences. Designed to foster critical thinking, this activity helps students make inferences about the interrelationships between time, geography, historical events, and the experiences of persecuted groups. With extension packs for deeper thematic exploration, students engage in an interdisciplinary approach that promotes empathy, reflection, and a better understanding of historical and individual narratives. The timeline is adaptable for grades 7-12 and can be completed in a single class session or extended across multiple lessons for a more comprehensive study. It is available in both English and Spanish and supports a variety of learning formats, including downloadable PDFs, printed copies, and online lesson plans.
